A lovely dark green-glazed Chinese Shiwan pottery jardiniere. It is adorned with three carved panels depicting ducks, fish and lotus. Shiwan ware is a style of Chinese pottery from the Shiwanzhen district near Guangdong. The jar features wide top opening and wide lip with scalloped-edge. There is a central drainage hole to the bottom.
