GEM North Bro's Ice Shaver
An iron cast ice shave by GEM North Bro's Mfc. Co Philadelphia. Back in the early 1900's ice would be delivered in a large block. This tool would be used to "shave" ice from this block for making drinks or cocktails. There are some discolorization and surface wear commensurate with age and use.
