This large jar was presumably used for egg or water storage. It features a wide mouth and a large top lip with green glaze both on the exterior and interior. The dome-shaped lid fits perfectly and it has a cotton cord handle. This utilitarian jar is humble in nature, unrefined and rustic, devoid of excessive decoration.
