Japanese Blue and White Fish Bowl Jardiniere
A gorgeous fish bowl-shaped jardiniere from the Meiji-Taisho Period (early 1900s). This cache pot features bulbous body, short neck and wide flat lip. It's beautifully painted with birds, flower and foliage in cobalt blue and white shade. There are lovely repeat pattern motif on the lip as well as on the neck. Wooden pedestal is included.
